Yes! This is a great class for your partner or birthing companion to join you. You will be able to work together to remember the information and it will also make your birth companions more comfortable at the birth.
Yes. I am a certified childbirth educator from Birth Arts International. I also have experience as a certified doula and mother to four children.
This class has most of the information you want to know for your birth but it is fast paced so we also recommend taking some time to read some great birth books and stories. Watch birth videos and participate in some prenatal yoga to get some hands on breathing practice.
